Set up your bank CSV once.
Reuse it next month.
Choose the columns and formats, review the result, then save your setup.
Reuse it with exports that have the same headers. Your transactions stay on your device.
1. Start with the bank export
Need a different format or stuck in the trial? Tell the maker what blocked you. Please do not send bank records or client data.
2. Confirm what each column means
Check the suggestions against your source. Debit and credit labels can mean different things across bank exports.
Amounts must be numbers with at most two decimal places. Currency symbols and mixed currencies need review in the source. No currency conversion.
3. Review before importing
Totals cover valid rows, including possible duplicates. Compare against the bank’s original statement. This checks file structure, not your books or transactions already in your accounting software.
| Source row | Date (ISO) | Description | Amount | Checks |
|---|
Exports Date, Description, Amount. Match the date order in your accounting software’s import settings. Positive = money in; negative = money out.
Saved setups contain column names and format choices, never transaction rows. They are files you keep; this page does not store your data.
