What happens after purchase?
Dodo Payments processes the payment and delivers SnapCommit-Offline.zip. Unzip it and open SnapCommit-Offline.html for table cleanup or SnapCommit-Bank-Offline.html for bank CSV prep in a recent browser. Delivery is available through your receipt and customer portal. Keep a backup of the file.
What is included?
The financial table cleaner and bank CSV prep (beta), usage instructions, review logs and CSV exports. Bank prep maps date/description/amount columns, combines separate money-in/out columns, flags possible duplicates and saves format setups for reuse. Invalid transactions block export; possible duplicates are kept. Larger results are paginated for review; exports include all resulting rows.

Bank workflow limits
One account and currency per file. Numeric amounts with up to two decimal places and 12 whole-number digits; four-digit years. Choose UTF-8 CSV files up to 500 KB or paste up to 500,000 characters. No direct bank or accounting-platform connection. QuickBooks/Xero imports have not been tested inside those platforms; try a small import and review it there. SnapCommit is independent and unaffiliated.
What is outside the offer?
These tools prepare pasted tables and bank CSV files locally. They do not read PDF, image or Excel files, validate your books, categorize transactions, match against your ledger, convert currencies or recover missing data. Future versions, custom work and lifetime updates are not included.
