Privacy and product limitations

Your pasted tables and selected bank CSV files are processed in your browser. SnapCommit does not upload, persist or log their contents. Closing or reloading the app clears its workspace.

Using the website

The app has no analytics, advertising cookies, account system or AI service. Vercel provides website hosting and may process ordinary access information such as IP address, requested URL and browser information. Do not place confidential information in URLs or messages to support.

Buying the offline edition

Dodo Payments handles checkout and collects the contact, billing and payment details needed for the transaction. Your pasted table is not included. Dodo's privacy information and terms are available at checkout.

Working offline

The downloaded HTML app contains its parsing code and styles. It can run without internet access. Data remains in that browser tab until you copy, export or close it. Downloaded CSV files and anything you copy into other software are under your control.

Limits worth knowing

SnapCommit cleans pasted financial tables and prepares bank CSV files. It does not validate your books, convert currencies, infer missing values, read PDF/image/Excel files or restore digits already lost in another application. Bank prep computes totals from valid parsed rows, including possible duplicates; compare these with the original statement. Saved setup downloads contain headers and format choices, never transaction rows. Protected text is exported with an apostrophe, which may remain visible depending on spreadsheet import settings.

The offline limit is 2,000 source rows, 40 columns and 500,000 characters. The web trial handles 15 data rows. Review the result before using it.
